Church of the Savior offers the ministry of prayer for all who seek it, through intercessions at worship, a phone chain, the newsletter, and a small group of praying people who gather every Monday morning who will pray for you. Please call the church office at 201-261-0420 between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM if you would like to request the blessing of the congregation’s prayers.
The priesthood of all believers, an important Reformation idea, doesn’t mean that we don’t need a priest to intercede for us, but that we all serve one another through prayer, and through the mutual conversation, consolation and correction of one another, as ‘priests’ to each other.
